When Aparna started in 1986, the dream we had was to be a responsive and good service provider while maintaining values, trustworthiness and honesty in our business dealings. We identified these as our core values, and are proud that we have been able to grow while adhering to our chosen path.At Aparna, our philosophy is that these core values signify good business.

When our clients think of the Aparna team, they think of a team that is proud, committed, motivated, competent, empowered, and skilled. This is one of our achievements in the last 34 years that we have been around. We constantly invest in upgrading the skills of our people and empowering them to meet growing business challenges and create value.

Our clients tell us they like our a-la-carte menu of services, which we further customize to provide unique offerings. As a Process Outsourcing Company, we are also committed to extending error-free services to our clients. It is our clients who help us achieve delivery excellence, and we are indebted to them for their investment in us.

Our objective is to foray into different markets – both national and international. This will be achieved both organically and through acquisitions. To begin with we would like to have a Pan Indian presence. In the current year we have inaugurated our third facility at Chennai.
